Today in Labor History, we pause to remember the events that took place on the morning of September 11. The year was 2001. Terrorists hijacked planes and intentionally crashed them into Twin Towers in New York and the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. Nearly 3,000 people were killed in the attacks.
