TECUMSEH, MI – An investigation into Tecumseh Public Schools Interim Superintendent Ryan Rhoades found the former administrator did not violate the district’s anti-harrassment policy.
The report did, however, conclude Rhoades behaved unprofessionally and retaliated against an employee who spoke against him during a contentious board meeting, according to the report, obtained by The Ann Arbor News through a Freedom of Information Act request.
