TECUMSEH — The day after he was placed on administrative leave, Tecumseh Public Schools Superintendent Ryan Rhoades, sent a lengthy email to the board of education claiming, among other allegations, that an extensive cheating scandal occurred at the Tecumseh Virtual Academy and that a district employee was both harboring school checks and wasting thousands of dollars due to mistakes made.
