TECUMSEH, MI – Tecumseh Public Schools Interim Superintendent Ryan Rhoades submitted his resignation Thursday hours before the expected release of an investigative report into his conduct.

Rhoades didn’t go quietly into the night, however. He submitted a letter encouraging the Tecumseh community to petition Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to compel the Michigan Department of Education to take control over the embattled district, dissolve its board of education and replace its entire administration.
